Most of our calls start with the same problem: hard water. Anything over 10.5 counts as very hard. That's the scale in your water heater, the crust on your faucets and the spots on every glass.

Water also changes from one city to the next. Some cities run mostly on canyon water, some on deep wells, and many on a blend that shifts with the seasons.
